“ First I got a watery and unevenly looking cup of americano. However, when I complained it turned out it was their grinder not working properly which resulted in an uneven brew. They apologised and gave me a free cup of cappuccino which was probably the best coffee I ever had! I saw a couple of other reviews complaining about not just bad but terrible coffee and I’m pretty sure they all had a similar reason as me. If this happens to you, ask for a new cup instead of just writing a bad review. Not the cosiest location as it’s at the entrance of a shopping mall but great for a quick stop. Comfy seats. My partner had a mate limonade which was good. Absolutely will return. Best cappuccino in Prague in my mind! 10/10! ”
